Role & responsibilities Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Respond to machine breakdowns and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
Maintain and repair packaging, printing, extrusion, lamination, slitting, and converting machines.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
Record maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance data.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency.
Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of maintenance tools and work areas.
