We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our Oil & Gas maintenance team.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in valve servicing, repair, overhaul, and maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong hands-on experience with control valves, safety valves, gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, and other industrial valves.
Ability to supervise and coordinate workshop and field service activities.
Good understanding of valve disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project execution.
Prior experience in refinery or plant shutdown/turnaround activities will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Supervise valve maintenance, repair, and testing activities in the workshop and at site.
Allocate work assignments and monitor the performance of technicians and fitters.
Ensure all jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and client requirements.
Coordinate with QC, operations, and project teams to meet project schedules and quality standards.
Monitor tools, equipment, and material requirements for ongoing activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper job records.
Support shutdown and turnaround projects as required.
