- 5+ years of experience in E&I Quantity Surveying within Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation works.
- Experience in client billing, subcontractor management, and cost reporting.
- UAE/GCC Oil & Gas project experience preferred.
Role Summary
Responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, progress measurement, billing, and contract administration for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works in Oil & Gas and Industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify E&I quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material reconciliation reports.
- Measure project progress and prepare client/subcontractor invoices.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
