Qualifications
- Strong skills in equipment maintenance and maintenance and repair for building and facility systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution to reduce equipment failures.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices for commercial complexes and hospitality properties.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in real estate, hospitality, or commercial properties is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, handle physical tasks, and respond to emergencies when needed.
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
