Role Description
The Accountant handles day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing periodic financial statements.
The role is full-time and on-site in the Riyadh Region, working closely with finance and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank accounts, and track expenses.
- Support budget preparation and cost control for real estate and hospitality projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
- Assist with audits and financial reporting to management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for real estate or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; comfort working with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., SOCPA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in Arabic and English language proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
