Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent military/training experience. Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, lubrication, and power transmission systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical instructions, and equipment manuals. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industrial safety practices and procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in industrial environments with prolonged standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and repetitive movement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field. Experience with overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and welding support systems. Knowledge of motor controls, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial electrical systems. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
