QUALIFICATIONS
- FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Are you mechanically inclined, reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn? Could you work well as part of a property management team? Are you attentive to safety? If yes, you might just be perfect for this residential handyman position!
