Qualifications

  • Required
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a union manufacturing or mining environment.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles related to crushers, conveyors, pumps, hydraulic systems, rotating equipment, and material handling systems.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and MSHA safety requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Preferred
  • Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, electrical technology, or related field.
  • Experience in lime, cement, aggregates, mining, quarrying, or other heavy industrial operations.
  • Experience with reliability-centered maintenance practices.
  • Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and mobile equipment maintenance.
  • Experience with budget management and capital project coordination.
  • Working Conditions
  • Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and varying weather conditions.
  • Routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in and around heavy industrial equipment.
  • Must be available to support day and night shift operations and respond to off-hour emergencies as required.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
