Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Immediate joiner (Visit/Cancel)
Mandatory: Both Construction and Maintenance experience
Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction and maintenance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Supervise and coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities for buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Develop project plans, cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor construction progress and maintenance performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers, including negotiation of contracts and evaluation of performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, risks, or maintenance needs.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for construction and maintenance operations, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of construction and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to support facility upgrades, renovations, and expansion projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of projects, maintenance records, reports, and compliance certificates.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
