Responsibilities
- Using E1 database system, create and close work orders.
- Apply best practices in maintenance planning processes to optimize the use of the work force
- Manage preventative maintenance and employee schedules: Develop new preventive maintenance, resolve schedule issues, record, and track all preventative maintenance details.
- Plan the work and document the work orders so that the work description and proper codes are completed: Identify, order, and make available spare parts and tools required for the job.
- Managing major shut down work. Coordinating and tracking all details including preventative maintenance information, work order details, contracted work, estimated employee hours, etc.
- Completing Backlog checks in order to identify outstanding work orders.
- Ensuring that critical and essential parts have a stock code and added to the BOM
- Assist Reliability Engineer as needed: Component research, Root Cause Analysis, Maintenance Staff Mentorship, etc.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Post Secondary or equivalent
