Role Purpose
To lead and institutionalize a
predictive maintenance (PdM) culture
, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, minimum downtime, and optimized maintenance cost through data-driven decision-making and advanced diagnostic techniques.
This role moves beyond traditional maintenance — focusing on
anticipation, prevention, and performance optimization
.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Certifications in
Experience Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in maintenance
- Minimum 4–5 years in
- predictive maintenance
- Experience in
- heavy industry / continuous process plants
- Proven track record of implementing
- PdM programs at scale
