Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Fleet Maintenance Manager, primarily based in Abu Dhabi.
The Manager will oversee the fleet's maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, managing maintenance logs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Flexible work arrangements allow some tasks to be performed remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
- Expertise in Maintenance Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing maintenance activities
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Equipment Maintenance techniques to ensure fleet longevity
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of various equipment and vehicles
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to fleet maintenance
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in fleet maintenance or a related role is highly desirable
