Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with some flexibility for remote work.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of equipment and facilities, plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, and manage maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance and safety.
The role also involves troubleshooting, coordinating repairs, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in leading maintenance teams and coordinating tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of machinery
- Expertise in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage resources efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Technical certification or a relevant qualification in facilities or maintenance management is preferred
