Role Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee equipment maintenance, implement preventive maintenance schedules, manage maintenance and repair operations, and ensure the functionality and safety of facilities and systems.
This role involves supervising maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations within the organization and supporting team efficiency and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage maintenance teams
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair operations
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
- Prior experience in a similar role in facilities or equipment management is preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline is a plus
