Requirements
- -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, in large scale combined cycle power Plant. IPP and Siemens GT experience is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading maintenance teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical maintenance systems, reliability engineering, and condition monitoring techniques.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
