Operator - Field

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in power plant operations, with specific experience in operating gas turbines, preferably Siemens models.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of combined cycle power generation, turbine operation, and related systems and technologies.
• Skills:
• Proficient in the use of monitoring and control systems relevant to power generation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and operational integrity.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with control room operators and maintenance personnel.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work in a challenging industrial environment, including exposure to high temperatures, noise, and rotating machinery.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
