Role overview
The role maintains production and utility equipment availability and implements reliability practices at the site.
Maintenance and reliability
- Implement reliability techniques to eliminate losses and risks and extend equipment life.
- Analyze recurring failures and develop engineering solutions for problems affecting plant operations.
- Manage PCM indicators, maintenance reports, preventive maintenance, Kanban, autonomous maintenance checks, lubrication, thermography, vibration analysis, and inspection orders.
- Manage spare parts and stock, calibration activities, the maintenance database, and internal workshop standards.
- Manage audits, external services, third-party inspections, and compliance; coordinate service schedules with production and planning.
- Train production and maintenance teams in SAP PM/AM and support risk assessments and countermeasures.
- Develop technical-team expertise and backup coverage for core jobs.
- Follow company sustainability guidelines and support its ESG commitments.
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent, is required.
