Coordinate import, customs clearance, and transportation activities supporting timely deliveries to the Jeddah factory.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate imports, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery while minimizing delays and demurrage costs.
- Verify invoices, packing lists, health certificates, and HALAL certificates for compliance.
- Maintain SAP purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inbound deliveries, shipment records, intercompany transactions, and logistics provisions.
- Monitor purchase order conditions, supplier invoices, and logistics costs; ensure accurate payment bookings and cost allocation.
- Reconcile cost discrepancies, supplier statements, and outstanding provisions with Finance and Accounts Payable.
- Coordinate shipments, warehouse activities, and documentation with suppliers, agents, transporters, 3PL providers, and internal teams, including Jeddah and Dammam port operations.
- Maintain records, resolve shipment issues, support improvements, and ensure HSE and food safety compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in import operations, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and documentation.
- At least 2 years of inventory management and SAP experience, including procurement and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, logistics costs, and supplier coordination.
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency; strong command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate; strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
