The coordinator runs the day-to-day maintenance operation for a community and ensures promised work is scheduled, priced, dispatched, and completed.
The coordinator works alongside the Community Manager and is responsible for turning service commitments into delivery.
What you will do
- Plan and dispatch daily jobs, route technicians, manage planned-maintenance calendars, and absorb same-day work.
- Answer client calls and messages, complete bookings and confirmations, and resolve complaints.
- Cost labour and parts with procurement, quote within 24 hours, and follow up until the customer responds.
- Maintain live job status, close jobs the same day with notes and photos, and complete invoicing information.
- Prepare morning briefs, flag issues early, and coordinate parts, specifications, and costs with the Community Manager and procurement.
- Report operational numbers to the Community Manager on time.
About you
- Mandatory 3–5+ years coordinating, dispatching, or scheduling in maintenance, facilities, home services, or property.
- Experience pricing jobs, preparing estimates, and costing labour and parts.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong time-planning and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain live systems and accurate records.
Success expectations
- Within the first 30 days, every job is expected to have a system record, slot, and status; planned maintenance is scheduled ahead; jobs are priced and quoted within 24 hours; and clients are updated proactively.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Teams are based within the communities they serve.
Pay
- AED 6,000 per month.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
