Learning and Development Specialist

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, engaging training programs.
• Create tailored learning content, workshops, and development initiatives across technical, operational, and professional skills.
• Identify training needs and develop fresh ideas to distinguish Maintained Academy as an internal learning platform.
• Explore specialized training programs for technicians and support staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, training design, or instructional design.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to create and deliver engaging training programs from concept through implementation.
• Creative, proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about developing learning initiatives.
• Facilities management, property, or residential community experience is preferred but not essential.
• A relevant degree or learning and development certification.
• Candidates must be based in the UAE and have local market knowledge.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 15,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
