Role overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver service-level commitments, including response times, planned maintenance, hospitality-standard close-out, and system-based work tracking.
• Report quarterly on client agreements, manage anniversary outreach, and secure renewals.
• Grow existing accounts through service upsells and pass warm referrals to sales.
• Onboard new clients and ensure their first service visit meets the promised standard.
• Represent the company in the community, engage with residents, and manage estate-management relationships.
• Lead a coordinator and field engineers, set measurable goals, hold monthly one-to-ones, and support career development.
• Manage materials purchase orders, ensure completed jobs are invoiced within 48 hours, and report community metrics weekly.
• Review the community P&L with the founder monthly.

Candidate requirements

• At least five years in hospitality, such as hotels, resorts, branded residences, or private clubs, with service-operations responsibility.
• Experience delivering against SLAs, retaining clients, and leading field teams.
• UAE villa-community or premium residential experience is mandatory.
• A UAE driving license is required.
• Facilities management or property experience is a strong plus.
• CAFM experience is a strong plus.
• Bring a five-star service standard, urgency, and composure under pressure.

Pay

• Pay is up to AED 17,000 per month.
