Position: Maintenance Associate

Location: Basil Ford Walden- 1540 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, NY 14225

Employment Type: Full-Time- 5 day work week including some Saturdays

Pay: $20/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the dealership property, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly, and supporting a safe and professional environment.

What you'll do:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems

Conduct regular inspections of the dealership and identify maintenance needs

Maintain cleanliness and organizations of service areas, showroom, and exterior grounds

Handle minor repairs such as painting, drywall, and general upkeep

Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs and services

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Assist with seasonal maintenance (snow removal, landscaping etc.)

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
