Alokozay Group seeks an experienced Magento Developer for its IT / E-Commerce department in Dubai.
The role develops, maintains, and enhances e-commerce platforms for scalability, security, and a seamless user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce platforms.
- Build custom Magento modules, extensions, and integrations.
- Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs.
- Optimize website performance, security, caching, and scalability.
- Manage and troubleshoot Magento technical issues.
- Work with frontend technologies and headless Magento architecture.
- Support AWS infrastructure, Linux servers, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to deliver e-commerce solutions.
Required technical skills
- Strong Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce expertise, including custom modules and extensions.
- Strong PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Magento architecture knowledge.
- REST APIs, third-party integrations, Elasticsearch, Redis, and caching experience.
- Knowledge of headless Magento and frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Experience with AWS, Linux server administration, Git, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Understanding of performance optimization, security, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce development experience.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and technical coordination skills.
Good-to-have skills
- Laravel or another PHP framework is advantageous.
- Strapi or another headless CMS is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Django, Python, and Node.js is advantageous.
Pay
- The description lists pay of AED 1.00–AED 10.00 per month.
