Transworld GCC is seeking an experienced
Education M&A Advisor
to join our growing team.
We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in the education sector and strong relationships with school owners, training institutes, universities, educational investors, and education operators.
This role focuses on middle-market mergers, acquisitions, and business sales within schools, nurseries, training centers, universities, EdTech companies, and other education-related businesses throughout the GCC region.
The remuneration is commission-only, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding USD 100,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Source and acquire education-sector business opportunities.
- Build relationships with school owners, education operators, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
- Manage transactions from origination through completion.
- Conduct business valuations and market analysis within the education sector.
- Facilitate negotiations and transaction structuring.
- Advise clients on acquisitions, business sales, expansion strategies, and succession planning.
- Stay informed about education market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
- Work closely with legal, financial, and operational advisors throughout the transaction process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education management, education consulting, business brokerage, M&A, or related sectors.
- Strong network within the education industry across the GCC.
- Understanding of education business models, licensing requirements, operational KPIs, and sector trends.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and results-driven.
- GCC-based preferred; international considered.
