About Transworld GCC
Transworld GCC, a leading M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) company operating in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as
M&A Advisors
.
This exciting opportunity is perfect for self-starting entrepreneurs based in the UAE.
This is a client facing position focused on the middle market deal size involving new business development.
The remuneration is on commission only with OTE in the region of $100,000.00 PA.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify and acquire potential business buying and selling deals within the GCC region.
- Independently work deals through the pipeline, from initial contact to successful completion.
- Conduct comprehensive business valuations and market analyses.
- Facilitate negotiations and deal structuring between buyers and sellers.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the M&A process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions in the GCC region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business brokerage, M&A, or a related field. (preferred)
- Must be extremely organized.
- Ambitions with a can-do attitude.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and business operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently acquire and manage deals through the pipeline.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.
- Must be based in the GCC country listed above.
