About This Role

Overview

Seddiqi Holding is an Emirati-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and luxury brands across numerous sectors in the Middle East.

We are looking to hire ambitious and outgoing Emirati Nationals to join our extremely successful Luxury Retail Team in Luxury Sales.

Key Responsibilities in the Luxury Sales Team

  • Use your exceptional product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury point of experience (we will give you extensive training on this).
  • Ensure customer loyalty by building long-standing relationships and follow up with these clients through telephone calls, emails, cards and special announcements.
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to meet, and exceed, the brand and store’s unique objectives.
  • In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A demonstrable passion and knowledge for luxury retail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of high-end customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • An appetite for luxury client service.
  • Fluency in both English & Arabic.
  • An Emirati family book.
