Overview
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced **Fragrance Advisor** to join our luxury retail team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **luxury sales**, excellent customer service skills, and in-depth knowledge of **fragrances**, particularly **niche perfumes**.
You should be confident in creating memorable client experiences, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized fragrance consultations
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of luxury and niche fragrance brands, notes, and collections
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Ensure product presentation and merchandising standards are maintained
- Stay updated on new launches, trends, and competitor activity
- Support store operations as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in **luxury retail sales**, preferably in fragrances, beauty, or cosmetics
- Strong product knowledge and hands-on experience with **niche perfumes** is essential
- **Arabic speaking** is mandatory
- Department store experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, polished, and customer-focused
- Currently based in **Qatar**
- Must be able to obtain **NOC (No Objection Certificate)** for transfer
