Fragrance Advisor (Luxury Sales)

About This Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Fragrance Advisor to join our luxury retail team in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, excellent customer service skills, and in-depth knowledge of fragrances, particularly niche perfumes. You should be confident in creating memorable client experiences, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized fragrance consultations
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of luxury and niche fragrance brands, notes, and collections
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Ensure product presentation and merchandising standards are maintained
• Stay updated on new launches, trends, and competitor activity
• Support store operations as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in fragrances, beauty, or cosmetics
• Strong product knowledge and hands-on experience with niche perfumes is essential
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Department store experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, polished, and customer-focused
• Currently based in Qatar
• Must be able to obtain NOC (No Objection Certificate) for transfer
