Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Luxury Real Estate Executive (open to both freshers and experienced agents).

The Luxury Real Estate Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, networking, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

include conducting property viewings, presenting and negotiating offers, preparing and managing documentation, and ensuring smooth end-to-end transaction processes in line with company and regulatory standards.

The role involves liaising with developers, landlords, and investors; staying updated on market trends, pricing, and new projects; and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM systems.

The Executive will also collaborate closely with internal PSI teams (sales, listing, marketing, and business development) to optimize listings, support marketing campaigns, and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets in the luxury segment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding or willingness to develop expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, especially within the UAE luxury market.
  • Knowledge or experience in Property Management and Facility Management (FM), with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and service providers.
  • Basic to advanced Finance skills, including understanding of investment returns, payment plans, and mortgage concepts to support client decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a client-centric and professional approach.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.
  • Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site across various property locations within Abu Dhabi as required.
