Role Description
As a Property Investment Associate at PSI, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and advising on lucrative property investment opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include conducting financial modeling and due diligence, assisting in portfolio management, and providing market insights to potential investors.
You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to support property acquisitions and investment strategies.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in conducting Due Diligence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven track record in property investment or a similar role is a plus
