Primary Purpose

To contribute to generating sales for the company, be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

The responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and feedback.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls

02.

Check DNCR (Do Not Call Registry) status before each call

03.

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a project

04.

Interest in investment opportunities

05.

Answer questions about products or the company

06.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

07.

Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

08.

Enter and update customer information in the CRM

09.

Take and process information in an accurate manner

10.

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

11.

Reach the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

12.

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

13.

Submit an end-of-day report to the line manager

14.

Deliver the company brand recognition by leaving clients with an excellent impression through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills

Educational Requirements / Qualifications

An Attested bachelor’s degree BSc/BA

Experience

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Skills and Competencies

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g.

CRM software) and telephone systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably in real estate)

Proactive, goal-driven and self-motivated
