Position Summary

The Luxury Real Estate Agent represents Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in the premium property segment, advising high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and international clients on exclusive residential and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi. The role requires exceptional market insight, refined client service, and the ability to manage complex, high‑value transactions with professionalism and discretion.

Core Responsibilities

• High‑End Client Advisory — Build trusted relationships with affluent clients, understand their lifestyle needs and investment goals, and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Luxury Property Sales — Manage the full sales cycle for premium villas, penthouses, branded residences, and waterfront properties, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience.
• Market Intelligence — Maintain expert knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury communities, new launches, developer portfolios, pricing trends, and investment performance.
• Lead Development — Cultivate new business through networking, referrals, private events, digital channels, and partnerships with wealth managers, relocation firms, and corporate clients.
• Property Showcasing — Conduct high‑quality viewings and private tours, presenting properties with attention to detail and highlighting unique value propositions.
• Negotiation & Deal Structuring — Lead negotiations with confidence, ensuring optimal outcomes while maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Compliance & Documentation — Coordinate all required paperwork, contracts, and regulatory requirements in line with UAE real estate laws.
• Brand Representation — Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a polished, professional presence at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong network of high‑net‑worth clients or the ability to build one quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s premium property market.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and high emotional intelligence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or European languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
