We are expanding our global referral network and seeking experienced network builders, managers, and well-connected professionals to partner with us.
This role is focused on building and managing referral partners (managers, consultants, intermediaries) who will then transfer clients to Whitewill.

Your Role

Search for, onboard, and manage referral partners (managers, consultants, agencies, intermediaries) who will transfer qualified clients interested in luxury real estate in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and Muscat.
Additionally, you could refer clients yourself, too.
Your main focus is people and partnerships, not direct sales.
Once a client is transferred, we handle everything from A to Z, including consultations, property selection, negotiations, and deal closure with our expert team.
Full support provided: project portfolios, clear referral structure, and dedicated internal assistance.

Earnings & Perks

30–50% of the agency's commission per closed deal generated by yourself
5% of the agency's commission per closed deal generated by your referral network (more people you onboard -> more people refer -> more closed deals), and you don’t have to support or check in on these.
Typical referrals earn AED 10,000–30,000+
*(e.g., a AED 2M client purchase could net you up to AED 30,000 for a simple referral)*
