Role Purpose

The Luxury Property Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding affluent clients through the acquisition and sale of high‑end properties, including waterfront residences, branded developments, penthouses, and exclusive villas. The role demands exceptional market knowledge, refined communication, and the ability to deliver a seamless, premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management — Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and international buyers, offering tailored property solutions aligned with their lifestyle and investment goals.
• Luxury Property Sales — Manage the full sales cycle for premium listings, from lead qualification and property tours to negotiation and closing.
• Market Expertise — Maintain deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury communities, new launches, developer portfolios, and investment trends to provide accurate, strategic advice.
• Lead Generation — Develop new business through networking, referrals, private events, digital channels, and partnerships with wealth advisors, relocation firms, and corporate clients.
• Property Presentation — Conduct high‑quality viewings and private tours, showcasing properties with attention to detail and highlighting unique selling points.
• Negotiation & Deal Structuring — Lead negotiations with confidence and professionalism, ensuring optimal outcomes while preserving client trust.
• Compliance & Documentation — Coordinate all required paperwork and ensure adherence to UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
• Brand Representation — Uphold the company’s reputation by maintaining a polished, professional presence and delivering exceptional service at every stage.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong network of high‑net‑worth clients or the ability to build one quickly.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s premium property market.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and high emotional intelligence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or European languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
