We are seeking an experienced and highly driven **Luxury Off‑Plan Sales Specialist** to represent Abu Dhabi’s most exclusive new developments and deliver a refined, advisory‑driven experience to elite investors and high‑net‑worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote **luxury off‑plan projects** from leading Abu Dhabi developers
  • Conduct high‑level investment consultations, bespoke presentations, and virtual tours
  • Build and manage a portfolio of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and international investors
  • Provide expert advisory on payment plans, ROI, capital appreciation, and luxury market trends
  • Stay ahead of new launches, developer incentives, and premium market shifts
  • Negotiate complex offers and close high‑value off‑plan transactions with precision
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with company sales processes
  • Uphold exceptional standards of service, communication, and brand representation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **luxury real estate** or **off‑plan property sales**
  • Strong track record of closing high‑value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust with discerning clients and international investors
  • Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury and off‑plan market is preferred
