Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-end customer experience from the first consultation through project completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, VIP clients, architects, interior designers, developers, and consultants
• Understand clients’ lifestyle, taste, and project requirements to recommend tailored furniture and interior solutions
• Present furniture collections, finishes, fabrics, materials, and customization options professionally
• Prepare quotations and follow up until successful project closing
• Manage the full customer journey, including consultation, sales, coordination, delivery, and after-sales service
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
• Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage the sales pipeline
• Represent the brand with professionalism and luxury hospitality standards
• Stay updated with international furniture trends, interior design concepts, and luxury lifestyle developments

Requirements

• Existing network with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, or premium clients in Riyadh is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury furniture, premium interior design, luxury retail, or high-end real estate
• Previous experience with premium or luxury furniture brands is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of furniture design, space planning, materials, fabrics, marble, wood veneers, leather, and luxury finishes
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value projects
• Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
