Job Summary
As a Lounge & Beach Manager, you will oversee our daily operations at Byron Bathers Beach Club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across the restaurant, pool and beach areas.
You will lead the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a vibrant Aussie beachfront destination.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor service standards, employee performance, and overall guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly
- Coordinate staffing, training, and operational requirements to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Lounge Manager, Beach Club Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
