Looking for a CTO Co-founder (seed stage, equity only for now)

About This Role
Overview
- I'm looking for a technical co-founder to join me at 11metrics.
- We're a privacy‑first analytics platform built for marketing agencies.
- We track leads (form submits, WhatsApp clicks, phone calls), score prospects automatically, and calculate performance fees – all without storing plain PII.
- Where we are:
- MVP live, paying beta customers
- Seed stage, pre‑revenue but validating fast
- Targeting expansion into EU and US markets
- Bootstrapped – no VC pressure, but we move fast
- What I need from you (CTO role):
- Own the tech stack: Laravel (backend), Livewire, PostgreSQL, Redis, Meilisearch
- Azure infrastructure management (Blob Storage, VMs, scaling)
- Lead AI development (LLM/RAG for lead enrichment, campaign insights, clustering)
- Optimise tracking pixel & real‑time event processing (Octane + Swoole)
- (Nice to have)
with Google Ads / Meta Ads APIs
- What you get:
- Co‑founder equity (stock options / shares – we'll structure properly)
- No salary for the first 2‑3 months (we're bootstrapping)
- After that, we'll pay ourselves market salaries
- Full ownership of engineering direction
- Office in Dubai (remote friendly, but occasional meetups)
- You are:
- Fluent in English (Italian is a plus – many of our early customers are in Italy)
- Based in Europe or MENA time zone (±3 hours from Dubai)
- Tired of building someone else's vision and ready to build your own
- Pragmatic, product‑focused, and comfortable with ambiguity
