Programme overview

Work and learning

• Design and develop applications and help deliver client technology solutions.
• Spot and address security risks to help protect systems from cyber threats.
• Complete core and role-specific training covering delivery lifecycle, programming languages, platforms and developer tools.
• Work on real client challenges with experienced teams and learn to help implement technologies and systems.

Candidate requirements

• Be a confident coder in at least one major programming language and be excited about learning more.
• Have a Computer Science, IT or technology-related degree by the time the programme starts.
• Maths, Science or Engineering graduates, or candidates with a Master's, may also be considered if they demonstrate strong coding skills.
• Strong IT skills and application-building experience are listed among qualities of graduates who excel.
• Communication, teamwork, flexibility, resilience and a desire to keep learning are valued.

Pay and benefits

• Starting salary is £40,000 per year, plus a £7,200 signing bonus subject to terms.
• Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, pension contributions, private medical insurance options, life assurance and other wellbeing and employee support.

Work arrangement

• The description requires attendance at an assigned office at least three days per week and refers to collaboration at client sites or UK offices.
• The role requires living within commuting distance of the assigned office.
