Key Responsibilities
- Operational efficiency: contribute to operational tasks with flexibility and adaptability, informing the manager of issues in a timely manner.
- Warehouse procedure: ensure all warehouse processes (SOP) such as inbound and outbound processes, warehouse operation, and inventory management are followed correctly.
- Execute daily operational plan: prepare and execute the daily plan accurately within agreed parameters.
- Inventory management: oversee inventory, handle goods, and keep accurate warehouse records for effective stock control, proper storage, and timely distribution.
- Customer relationship: understand customer needs and build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Proactive communication: coordinate with planners, sales, and commercial operations to ensure timely order delivery.
- Delivery documentation: prepare route plans, delivery notes, invoices, RTV documents, Bayan, Ajeer documents, and instructions for drivers prior to departure.
- Embrace Arla's culture and values: ensure the department complies with Arla Foods' standards and policies as well as local applicable law.

Educational Background/Experience
- Skilled education within logistics, warehousing, or equivalent.
- +2 years of experience with handling of goods, preferably food products.
- Basic understanding of machinery, equipment, and fleet used in the warehouse; coordinate with relevant functions to keep timely maintenance of material handling equipment.
- General competencies: English and IT skills at an intermediate level.
- MS Office applications at intermediate level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
- Power BI at basic level.
- AI basic knowledge.
- SAP applications at intermediate level (EWM, ERP ECC, BW Report, RFUI).
