Required Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in transportation or logistics and a high school diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of account management experience
- One (1) year supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, or other related fields is preferred (not required)
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 including Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint
- Proficiency with TruckStop, DAT, Highway, and Carrier 411
- Experience with a TMS
- Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Customer service mentality with a serious sense of urgency
- Quick critical thinking and decision-making to resolve issues, while balancing multiple responsibilities
- Exhibit sound judgment in proactively avoiding issues and resolving issues as they arise
- Independently driven and self-motivated for success; requiring minimal oversight
- Team oriented
- Comfortable working in a face-paced environment
- Natural positive attitude
- Professional demeanor with strong integrity
- Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
