Responsibilities
- Own and execute technology projects, defining requirements, organizing tasks, tracking timelines, communicating progress, and following through on implementation.
- Understand internal workflows and develop improvements that support business and customer needs.
- Configure and improve Salesforce, and support transportation management systems and other business applications.
- Coordinate system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting with vendors, technical partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Help design, test, implement, and support technology solutions, configurations, interfaces, and workflow changes.
- Develop reports, create documentation, and help users adopt systems, features, and processes.
- Recommend useful technology improvements and contribute to evolving systems initiatives.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with business systems, technology implementations, or systems improvement projects.
- Hands-on Salesforce administrator or advanced-user experience with workflows, reporting, or configuration.
- Experience owning or executing technology projects and following through on deliverables.
- Problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Comfort working across platforms and learning unfamiliar systems.
Preferred experience
- Experience in transportation, logistics, brokerage, or managed transportation.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems, particularly Salesforce-based platforms such as Revenova.
- Experience with integrations, workflow automation, system testing, or user training.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or relevant project management training.
