About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a proactive **Logistics Coordinator** with FMCG experience to manage daily shipments, documentation, and coordination between warehouse, production, suppliers, and transport partners.
The role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound/outbound shipments and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify logistics documents (GRN, delivery notes, invoices).
- Monitor stock movements and update records.
- Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Track shipment status and resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Support inventory accuracy and periodic stock counts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- **2–3 years FMCG or food manufacturing logistics experience**.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience preferred.
- Detail‑oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle fast‑paced operations and multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of UAE logistics documentation is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
