- Coordinate and optimize the supply chain process by analyzing logistics data and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring efficient delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments, utilizing advanced software systems to forecast needs and prevent supply shortages.
- Liaise with suppliers for delivery schedules and shipment updates.
- Negotiate transport rates when needed.
- Arrange and track inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, land).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport companies, and suppliers.
- Handle clearance processes with customs brokers.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company policies.
