Overview
Assist Logistics Coordinator with documentation for import / export of shipments.
Prepare invoices for export , coordinate with warehouse team for identifying materials to prepare
correct documents and for packaging of materials as required by the customer.
Coordinate with OPSC documentation team for preparation of customs documents for all customers
Coordinate with Carpentry team for box / pallets as required for packaging of the goods.
Coordination with freight forwarders for quotations by different mode of shipments (Air, Sea ,
Land , Courier).
Prepare PR for services rendered by various logistics , packaging vendors.
Maintain all documents for shipments for record retention and update excel data sheet.
Assist in internal departments on logistics related queries and timely clearance of shipments.
Follow all company standards in logistics, trade compliance , operating procedures strictly.
Comply with all safety rules and company policies of the company
Perform all duties and activities as assigned by supervisor.
Comply with all Quality and HSE policies and procedures.
