Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of international express shipments (DHL) of small packages between company offices worldwide
• Coordinate B2B freight shipments (air freight) between company warehouses and its distributors in

Hong Kong, Netherlands, US, Canada, and Australia

• , including booking, documentation
• Accurately classify goods using Harmonised System Codes, with a deep understanding of how classification impacts customs clearance, duties, and restrictions
• Research and verify import/export restrictions for specific HS codes in origin and destination countries using official databases (e.g.,

• Provide all freights and shipments with correct documentation (

• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers to coordinate all shipments
