Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Logistics Coordinator

with a background in the

fashion or apparel industry

and strong

This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics operations while ensuring timely delivery of fashion products and a high level of service to internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and understands the urgency of seasonal launches and retail timelines.

Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of apparel and fashion goods, including bulk, samples, and seasonal collections
  • Manage relationships with Supplier, 3PL partners and Customers
  • Prepare and review shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation
  • Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery aligned with production calendars, store launches, and e-commerce deadlines
  • Monitor inventory movements and support allocation to Customers
  • Communication with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to track production status, and product readiness.
  • Ensure purchase orders are confirmed, updated, and aligned with production timelines.
  • Resolve discrepancies related to product quantities, quality documentation, packing lists, and shipment details.
  • Monitor lead times and escalate delays proactively to relevant teams.

Fashion Industry–Specific Operations

  • Support seasonal launches, promotions, and peak periods by ensuring logistics readiness and execution
  • Coordinate sample shipments for merchandising, marketing, and sales teams
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and damaged goods in line with brand and retail standards
  • Work closely with production, merchandising, and planning teams to align logistics with demand forecasts

Customer Service & Communication

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers regarding order status and delivery timelines
  • Proactively communicate shipment updates, delays, or exceptions to minimize customer impact
  • Resolve logistics-related customer inquiries, claims, and escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are consistently met

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within logistics and ERP systems
  • Report shipment status, delivery risks, and logistics KPIs to internal stakeholders.

Administrative & System Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics data in internal systems (ERP, WMS, Excel trackers, etc.).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on shipments, delays, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sustainability standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within the
  • fashion, apparel, or retail industry
  • Strong customer service background with experience managing client or stakeholder communications
  • Knowledge of domestic and international fashion supply chains and seasonal workflows
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field
  • 2+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably within the fashion, apparel, or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers (e.g., China, India, Turkey, Europe).
