The role combines logistics operations, inventory coordination, and administrative support to ensure efficient workflow between the office and warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, warehouse staff, and project teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Prepare logistics reports, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Support procurement and warehouse operations as required.
- Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Resolve logistics and delivery issues efficiently.
- Coordinate between the office and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively between office and warehouse environments.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent computer and administrative skills (MS Office, documentation, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- English and Arabic speaker IS MUST.
