Salary, Benefits & Perks

• Salary: QAR 5,000 – 9,000/month (based on experience)
• Housing or allowance (depending on package)
• Annual leave + return ticket

• Schedule: Full-time | 5–6 days/week (depending on operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments (air, sea, land)
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Monitor inventory and warehouse coordination
• Resolve delivery issues and delays quickly
• Ensure compliance with Qatar customs and trade regulations

• Knowledge of logistics & supply chain processes
• Experience with import/export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading)
• Familiarity with freight forwarding & shipping procedures

Requirements (Realistic & Candidate-Friendly)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not strict)
• 1–3 years experience in logistics / supply chain / import-export (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
• Basic understanding of shipping and documentation
• Good English communication skills
