The Role
Agro-Rio Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented Agricultural Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of fresh produce and agricultural supplies. Located on the Al Rayyan Road corridor, this role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain. You will be responsible for the seamless transition of goods from farm-gate to retail, ensuring that quality standards and delivery timelines are met without exception.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold-Chain Management: Oversee the scheduling and temperature monitoring of refrigerated transport to ensure the freshness of all agricultural products.
• Inventory Synchronization: Coordinate between suppliers and distributors to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing waste and ensuring constant availability.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all shipments comply with Qatar’s food safety regulations and municipal agricultural standards, maintaining meticulous records for audit purposes.
• Route Optimization: Plan daily delivery schedules for the Al Rayyan and greater Doha area, prioritizing speed and efficiency to reduce transit time for perishable goods.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in logistics, specifically within the food, beverage, or agricultural sectors.
• Strong understanding of cold-chain logistics and temperature-controlled storage solutions.
• Proficiency in logistics tracking software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple delivery windows simultaneously.
