A **Logistics Coordinator / Operations Assistant** is responsible for keeping the flow of goods, services, and daily operations running smoothly.
This role blends planning, coordination, and administrative support to ensure that supply chain and operational processes are efficient and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- **Shipment Coordination:** Arrange and track incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling deliveries and pickups.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels, update inventory systems, and help prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Vendor & Supplier Communication:** Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading, customs paperwork).
- **Order Processing:** Manage customer or internal orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- **Operations Support:** Assist with day-to-day business operations, including reporting, data entry, and process improvement tasks.
- **Problem Solving:** Handle delays, damaged shipments, or logistical issues and find quick solutions.
